Overall 2022 monthly stitching plans
My overall stitching plan for each month will be as follows:
Week1 - on the wipgo smalls (see previous post for details)
Week2 - on flower stitching (participating in the Jeannette Douglas mini bouquet sampler) to work on the current released flower and pot, and work some more on the overall frame. (Jeannette Douglas website link scroll halfway down the page and then there will be links to obtain the free files each month). I believe the designer had completed each flower pot as an individual pillow however stitchers will have both options available. once the frame is completed these bouquets should not take the entire week and so this opens the door to other stitching options for week 2 (or getting ahead on week 3 or 4)I am using weeks dye works threads that I have on hand (gold and whiskey) so my colors will not match completely and I chose not to complete the check pattern for the pineapples. I used a color and cotton 28 ct even weave (sorry I will get better about recording the color (although it was the november cloth of the month 2021)
here is my progress so far
4.Week4 on Pandemic by Long Dog Samplers
I am using 28 count lugana smoky (from FQS) and two silks from Silks4You (156 ,136 I think these are the colors I lost my card with the information). Here is my progress as completed in december 2021 ( I will be working on this
Every Saturday/Sunday - on the temperature tree to record the temperatures for the week past (for the first full year living in my new house) . using weeks dye works that I have on hand which I think match the dmc colors as best as I could (molasses for the trunk) on fabric flair 14 ct white washed.
